Two sides of the human interface that is customer support:

  1. Amid the jargon used by tech support people there is the term PEBCAK, for problem exists between chair and keyboard.
  2. When you’ve been waiting, as I was today, for a question to be answered; as the cold rice congee of hold-music is ladled into your ear; long after your support ticket number was established and read out loud, your story retold many times, it’s time to turbo.

And if there is a third side, I suppose this is it.
