Bad Textism Contest  ::  FEB 12

On 27 February this publication turned one year old. I could think of no better way to celebrate the anniversary than to make fun of this publication.

Over two weeks readers were invited to satirize, parody and riff on the style and tone of this site and its author. Ruthlessness was encouraged. By way of example:

Steering a sinking, feckless ship of greed and idiocy and slapdash, shivering self esteem into the safe harbour and warm hugs of neocon treacle, [person] yet again phones one in. Jesus fuck!

Or:

I stood and spoke; the paying people glowered; the schedule was muddied by the pornography of the inescapability of the enormity of the ego of the program designer; the type was too small.
