Is he recharging? Probably not since it looks like a phone cord.

How did you get him to stop moving?

I’ve been a fan of Oliver for some time. However, I’m currently looking to get a pooch of my own and was curious if Oliver is a German Shorthair Pointer. If not, could you please let me know what he is? I’m very interested in the breed you have. Thanks.

Chuck, he’s a weimaraner. I have one myself—high-energy, affectionate, wants to be dominant. And like all dogs, obsessed with where his next meal is coming from.

I just found this site….I’m always looking for Weimy pics if I’m bored at work and this is the
best. These two dogs are fun. We have a 6 yr old.

Dear Chuck,
Oliver is a Weimaraner. They are high energy hunting dogs. They need alot of exercise and tend to be stubborn, so obedience training is generally highly recommended.
May I suggest that if you are interested in Weimaraners that you contact the Weimaraner Club of America’s Rescue website? Many wonderful dogs are given up for adoption each year, they are victims of divorce, family relocation, or are given up when the owner realizes that they are unable to meet the dog’s requirements for exercise and companionship. My dog Fog is a rescue dog.

They are a wonderful breed and especially good companions for active people.
