Just why is it that the dogs that get up to the worst mischief (i.e. Oliver, Hugo and Dash, my Hungarian Vizsla) look the most angelic when asleep?

Not just dogs—Kids too; it’s part of their charm.
And one of the few things that keeps them from getting tossed out of the house after one of their bouts of ‘bad practice’. (After all, one is not born with an instinct for mischief, one must practice
the art often until one gets it right.)
