Eh…I hope you don’t leave that choke collar on Hugo all the time. It’s not safe, since a dog could hook it on something and choke to death. It has been known to happen—rarely, but it’s so easily preventable. Much better to have it on only when walking them, and to put a traditional collar on at all other times. $.02…
