Here we see that Hugo has not grasped the first rule of Ultimate: once a player has the disc, that player may not move beyond pivoting. The player must pass to a teammate in order to advance up the field or to score a point. However, Hugo may not be called on his forward movement because the sport is played without referees!! In addition, competing teams may change the rules as long as both agree to the changes. Then again, Hugo may be playing Frisbee, not Discraft!

OLiver decides if it’s good enough for some African women to extend their lower lip as a tribal custom then…well…why not ?
